Format Summary
The 2013 U.S. Championship shall be a 24-player tournament paired using the FIDE Dutch Swiss System.

The 2013 U.S. Women's Championship shall be a 10-player tournament paired using the FIDE Round Robin System. 

Congratulations to GM Gata Kamsky and to IM Irina Krush on winning the 2013 U.S. Championship and 2013 U.S. Women's Championship, respectively. We hope our newly crowned U.S. Champions will serve as a role model for aspiring champions across the country!
